Planning Advice and Negotiations
Does your proposal require planning permission? Most development proposals do. Even apparently innocuous projects can involve the planning process to some extent.
Perhaps you have already submitted a planning application and have run into problems, or would simply like a steer on what to do next.
We can provide you with an overview of your scheme and outline the likely planning issues that you will need to consider. You may feel that you need representation in discussions with the Council or you simply need pointing in the right direction with direction to the relevant planning guidance, validation requirements and guidance on preparing and submitting your planning applications.
We provide a range of services for you:
Telephone:
I am happy to discuss your proposals over the telephone and provide some initial advice at no cost. If you require a more detailed discussion we can arrange a dedicated time for a fixed fee.
Post/Email:
Send me an outline of your proposal and location details or planning problem and I can provide an initial overview for a fixed fee. I will produce a written report and set out my views on how you should proceed.
Site Visit and Report:
Despite the possibilities available through modern technology, looking at a project on the ground often remains the most effective way to judge all the planning issues. I carry out instructions all over the country and to keep costs competitive I charge time from the nearest regional centre.
Full Instruction:
Naturally, I can provide a full planning advice service tailored to your needs, managing projects from concept to completion. This may include working with other advisors as project co-ordinator or as part of an existing team.
